All Phases: It is impossible to give a perfect list of items for healers. The value of mana regeneration depends highly on your mana usage and how fast your group kills bosses. Use this as a guideline and adjust according to your needs. It is always a good idea to carry mana regeneration trinkets with you just in case.
Phase 1: While the Whitemend pieces are very powerful, you will replace them during T4 so they might not be worth the investment.
