All Phases: It is impossible to give a perfect list of items for healers. The value of mana regeneration depends highly on your mana usage and how fast your group kills bosses. Use this as a guideline and adjust according to your needs. It is always a good idea to carry mana regeneration trinkets with you just in case.

for every healer since it's the best weapon before T4, but with 2 healing weapons dropping in Karazhan it is probably not worth the gold.
